plush angora bunnyHello Fuzzy Wuzzy friends!

Welcome, we have a very cute animal to talk about today. We don’t need any special gear to find these critters; you may even have one in your house or garden already.

Many people LOVE rabbits, but before you get one as a pet, you need to decide what kind of bunny is best for you.

If anyone ever asks, what is soft, fluffy and adorable? You know the answer…

A plush stuffed bunny rabbit! It is a perfect and cuddly addition to any stuffed animal collection. It is a cute stuffed toy that may look just like a real rabbit. Rabbits can make for good pets, but not everyone is able to have one.

Pet rabbits can live indoors or outdoors but they all need a safe place to stay. Rabbits that stay indoors, called house rabbits, can have an indoor pen, cage or can even wander freely in a safe room like the living room. They can make great indoor pets. You do need to remember that all real rabbits will chew anything they can reach, even things that are not safe. Rabbits can even be trained to use a litter box, so no worries about messes. Of course with a plush stuffed rabbit there aren’t any worries about messes either. Domestic rabbits sometimes live outside during the day in a hutch for some fresh air and sunshine and come inside at night. Some pet bunnies even wear a harness and a leash when they are outside. It just depends on the owner and rabbit.

Whether a rabbit lives inside or out, their living area should have lots for them to do, so they can exercise and play. Good choices include tunnels, balls, shelves and other rabbit friendly toys. It is also a good idea to give them some sort of outside pen that they can run around safely in. While they are outside they will need a cover on their pen so they do not get to hot in the sun or wet if it rains. Rabbits need exercise, fresh air, and some fun just like you. Of course a plush rabbit would be perfectly happy romping around your room.

Rabbits eat timothy grass and some pellets. They also eat vegetables and need to be able to freely reach fresh water all the time. Making sure they always have fresh food and fresh water is a must. Even if you are tired or don’t feel like it, you have to give them food and water every day! Now, plush bunnies never really need food and water but you can pretend.

Rabbits like to be around people and other animals such as guinea pigs or even well trained cats and dogs, but are timid. There are a lot of animals that eat rabbits, so they are always very careful, so they can survive. Young children should not have pet rabbits. Rabbits are really easily startled and have fragile bones. Their backs are especially fragile, so they need to be picked up properly or they could be injured. Rabbits need careful and responsible owners who are calm and gentle around them.

Rabbits may not be good pets for young children, but that doesn’t mean that a child can’t have a rabbit. They can have a plush stuffed rabbit instead. A plush stuffed rabbit can be handled more roughly and would love to have a child’s company and they can play all the time without worry of injury. With a beautiful bunny from Fuzzy Wuzzy Anipals anyone can have the pleasure of a rabbit’s company.

So if you can’t have or do not want a real life bunny, you can still bring a plush rabbit into your home to join your collection of stuffed animals. All rabbits, real and plush are adorable and friendly buddies for you or as a gift to give to a friend.
